This demonstration illustrates how you can easily find information, such as tracking and pricing, on current and past shipments.

- Select the “Customer Shipment Status” in this section that opens the file that contains your shipment data.
- This is the view immediately after a shipment has been entered into the freight management system.
- The shipment status shows “rated” and it has not yet been scheduled for pickup.
- The report now lists the shipment status as “booked” which signifies that the shipment has now been scheduled for pickup.
- Notice that the shipment charge is now also on the report.
- The shipment has been picked up so now the status states “in transit”.
- Now that the shipment is in transit the PRO number has been provided by the carrier and is also listed in the report.
- Your freight has been delivered!
- All of the fields are now complete along with the delivery date and time.
